Refund policy


RETURNS & DEFECTS 

All orders are final sales and are not eligible for return. If you believe your item is defective, please email us at support@bhawse.com with photos and explaining the defect within 14 days. We will deem the product defective at our discretion. If the product has been misused or care instructions have not been followed then the product will not be eligible to claim as defective.

EXCHANGES

If you need to make an exchange, items must be in their original unworn condition with attached tags and packaging and sent to the address that will be provided to you within 14 days from the receipt. 
Please contact support@bhawse.com prior to mailing back the package to ensure the desired item is still available. BHawse is not financially
 responsible for shipping charges on exchanges back to our fulfillment centers. Be sure to obtain a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages. All exchanges are depending on existing stock. We do not offer exchanges on sales or discounted items.

STORE CREDIT 

Any store credit issued will be valid for one year from the date issued.
